Youth Sports Performance Training
My professional experience and unique approach will provide all to excel and perform at the best of their abilities. I push, but I also motivate to make sure you reach what you are looking to achieve.
I work with 1st year athletes to the highest level of athletes. During our sessions we will work on speed, agility, performance, acceleration, deceleration, lateral/vertical movements and conditioning. Being an all-around better athlete will set you apart from opponents and help you push towards being the best you possible.

Adult Fitness
Life tends to put individual goals on hold for most adults. From working to provide to enjoying your kids activities it can be very difficult to take some time for yourself. This group will focus on TAKING CHARGE of our goals. Nothing better than working towards your individual goals in a group setting and making new friends. In this fitness class we will work on overall fitness and conditioning levels as well as weight loss, depending on what your goals are. It does not matter where you are starting at compared to others around you, this is something that everyone can be included in and succeed at. All ages and levels of fitness are welcomed. This is meant to be a fun environment while meeting our goals!
